The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining data systems, generating reports, and supporting operational efficiency through accurate data management. Key Responsibilities: ● Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal use. ● Analyze data to support business decision-making. ● Maintain dashboards and trackers to monitor performance metrics. ● Coordinate with different departments to collect and compile data. ● Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports. ● Automate and streamline reporting processes where possible. Key Skills Required: ● Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros). ● Good analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. ● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. ● Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline. 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in MIS/Data Management roles.
